At Eccera, we consider the protection of personal data to be a vital part of our business and services. Safeguarding such data is the foundation of our reliability as a provider and partner. Our privacy commitments can be summarized with the following principles:

- Data minimization: When processing personal data, Eccera ensures that the amount of data is limited.
- Transparency: Eccera provides transparent information to stakeholders such as customers, potential customers, employees, applicants, temporary staff, and suppliers about the use of their personal data.
- Security: Eccera takes privacy seriously. In every decision we make, we take steps to protect privacy as best as possible.
Securing Personal Data
We do our best to handle personal data with care. We also take all necessary precautions to protect this data from loss and/or any form of unlawful use or processing. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, including the latest innovations in security.
If Eccera needs to share your personal data with third parties to carry out our responsibilities, we enter into data processing agreements for this purpose.
Data Breaches
Despite our best efforts, if a security breach occurs, we handle the incident according to our internal procedure developed for such cases. We will, of course, do everything we can to minimize the impact of the breach.
If the breach poses a privacy risk, we will report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. If required—or in all cases where it is mandated by law—we will also inform affected individuals about the breach.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding the use of your personal data:

How to Exercise Your Rights
Eccera takes your privacy seriously. We have therefore appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to handle all your privacy-related questions and rights. You can contact our DPO at: privacy@eccera.com
Right to File a Complaint
Eccera handles your personal data as transparently and carefully as possible. If you wish to file a complaint about how your data has been handled, we kindly ask you to first contact our DPO at privacy@eccera.com. We will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may contact the Data Protection Authority in your country.
